For the raspberry golaches, take the puff pastry out of the package and roll it out a bit. Divide into squares, brush the edges with water and fold in towards the center.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put raspberry jam on each square. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
