For the quinoa vegetable stew, wash the quinoa hot and boil in water for 20 min, drain the water.
Peel and dice the 2 kinds of carrots, parsnip and sweet potato, wash and chop the bell bell pepper, wash and finely chop the Chinese cabbage.
Sauté the vegetables in canola oil, add a little water and steam until soft. until all the water has evaporated. Add quinoa, season and sauté briefly.
