Instructions:

For the grain-free pizza dough, mix the flour, baking powder and salt and blend with the butter until you have a fine crumbly mixture.

Add the milk and knead a smooth dough. Form 2 balls from the dough and roll out thinly on a floured work surface.

Cover the pizza dough with tomato sauce, cheese and the desired ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C /hot air for 10-15 minutes.
