Beat the eggs and slowly add the powdered sugar and flour mixed with semolina until smooth. Grease a suitable baking pan (or 4 small savarin molds). Pour in the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40¿45 minutes (depending on the size of the pan) until golden brown. Take out and let cool. Boil sugar and water to syrup and pour over cooled cake while still lukewarm. Allow the syrup to infuse well. Decorate with rum fruits and serve.
