Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Squeeze the garlic cloves and grate the meat with the garlic and the sesame oil. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the ribs on a tray in the middle of the oven and bake for an hour. Then turn off the stove but leave the meat in the oven. Do not open the oven during this time. The meat should be left in the oven for at least 90 minutes, but it can also stay there for a couple of hours.
Before you bring the ribs to the table, heat the stove repeatedly for 30-40 min (otherwise longer for medium roasted meat).
