For the potato and wild garlic gratin, preheat oven to 200 °C and butter a baking dish.
Wash and clean the wild garlic and cut into strips.
Peel potatoes and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Mix whipped cream with soup and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Arrange potato slices and wild garlic strips alternately in the dish and pour the sauce over them.
Sprinkle cheese on top and place in oven on middle rack.
Bake the potato and wild garlic gratin for about half an hour until the cheese is golden brown.
