For the poppy seed spelt cake, beat oil, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar until fluffy, add yogurt. Beat and fold in the snow, sift over the flour with the baking powder and finally add the ground poppy seeds.

Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. Let cool, glaze with lemon glaze (juice of one lemon and powdered sugar as needed).
