First, heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion and add the peas.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender. From time to time remove the pot from the heat and shake it carefully so that the peas do not burn.
Mix the ham cut into strips with the peas, add a few spoonfuls of beef broth and cook briefly. Add broccoli and peppers plucked into pieces.
