Instructions:

1) Pour oil, onion & garlic into a large bowl. Cover with a lid and sauté at 600 W for 4-5 min. Add hot clear soup, saffron and salt, stir well.

2) Boil everything for 4-5 minutes at 600 W with the lid closed. Add the long grain rice, then cook for 20-25 min at 300 W. Fold in the peas and set aside.

4) Add sausage slices, chicken pieces and quartered tomatoes to the rice mixture and stir gently. Then arrange the crab tails and mussels a little bit nicely on the paella. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes at 600 W.

5) Eat.
