For the mushroom goulash, clean, wash, drain and chop the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms and let them stew for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sprinkle the flour on top and stir well. Add the wine and let it boil down.
Add the cream and heat through. Finally, wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the mushroom goulash.
