Instructions:

For the Muscazoner Schnitten, make a shortcrust pastry from the first 5 ingredients. Roll out 2/3 of it to the size of a baking tray and place it on a baking tray.

Make a smooth mixture with the remaining ingredients except the jam and spread it on the shortcrust pastry. Spread the jam on top. Roll out the rest of the pastry and form a lattice.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, cut when cool.
