Instructions:

For the mole cake, beat the butter until smooth, stir in the vanilla sugar, sugar and egg yolks (one at a time), add the hazelnuts and chocolate, beat the egg whites until firm and fold into the mixture

Bake in a 26 cm pan at 180 °C for 1 hour in the preheated oven. When cooled, hollow out. I.e. cut a 1 cm thick edge with a pointed knife and scoop out with a spoon.

Finely crumble the crumbs. Cut the bananas in half and drizzle with lemon juice and place on the cake base. Whip the cream with the sugar and cream stiffener until firm and fold in the grated chocolate.

Spread whipped cream on top of bananas in a dome shape and cover with cake crumbs from scooping. Keep in a cool place.
