Melanzani cut into slices 1 cm thick, sprinkle with salt.
Put aside for a quarter of an hour. Then dry with kitchen roll.
Heat the fat in a coated frying pan, roast the melanzani slices on both sides on 2 or automatic cooking plate 7-9, then switch the cooking plate back to 1/2 or automatic cooking plate 1-2.
Mix eggs with whipped cream and spices and pour over melanzan slices, put lid on and let egg mixture set. Turn out onto a plate and serve.
