For the mashed potatoes with hazelnuts, peel potatoes, cut into quarters and boil or steam until soft.
Coarsely chop hazelnuts and dry roast in a pan without fat.
Mash cooked potatoes with milk and cream to a puree, stir in half of the nuts and season with salt, pepper, some lemon zest and lemon juice as well as ground coriander.
Wash and finely chop the coriander greens and stir into the mixture.
Stir in a blob of butter, sprinkle the remaining nuts on top and serve the mashed potatoes with hazelnuts hot.
