Lentils and long grain rice together make. Over the finished lentil-long grain rice mixture (also tastes so really legger… !) you give brown butter and optionally curd cheese or yogurt (do not make curd cheese too firm). On top you sprinkle either sugar, maple syrup (which you pour :-)) or salt.

So first the lentil rice, then the butter, then the yogurt, then the spice – do not forget, the lentil rice is of course cooked with a little bit of salt (in the cooking water).
