Prepare shortbread dough as in the basic recipe. Cut out cookies. Bake at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the coffee cream. Add Kaluha (coffee liqueur) to taste. Spread coffee cream on one cookie at a time. Place a second cookie on top of the creamed one. Spread with coffee glaze and top with a mocha bean.
