Instructions:

For the jam buttons, mix flour, cornflour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and a pinch of salt with a hand mixer or food processor, first on slow speed and then on high speed.

Form small balls on the resulting dough and put a whole almond in each ball of dough. Dip the ball in whipped cream. Mix jam with almonds and roll the balls in it.

Place the jam buttons on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.
