For the Italian Pasta Salad, cook the pasta according to package directions until soft.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the mustard with vinegar, honey, oil, green pepper, pepper stock and garlic. Season with pepper and salt.
Strain pasta and mix hot with marinade. Let cool.
Cut tomatoes in half, wash arugula and spin dry. Cut the salami into strips.
Mix all the prepared ingredients into the pasta, shave the Parmesan with a peeler and sprinkle over the Italian pasta salad.
