The sirloin slices are pounded, salted, peppered and fried in the fat on both sides. Then put them in a saucepan. Fry the finely chopped onion in the fat, add the paprika and ground caraway seeds, pour a little water on top, bring to the boil and pour over the fried slices of meat. Add 2 sliced peppers and tomatoes, as well as the sliced sausage and simmer with the lid closed. When the meat begins to soften, add the potatoes cut into wedges and finish steaming, then fry until brown. Serve with gnocchi and coleslaw.
