For the cabbage salad, briefly scald the finely sliced cabbage with boiling water. Cut halved, seeded peppers into fine noodles.

Prepare a salad marinade from vinegar, oil, onion, garlic and spices and mix cabbage, peppers and marinade well.

Leave to marinate for some time.
