Work a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and knead well together. Form rolls from the dough, cut them into walnut-sized pieces, twist them into balls and place them on the baking tray. Make an indentation in the center of each ball and fill it with jam. Bake in the hot oven at high temperature for 20 minutes until light yellow.
