For the seasoning oil, mix oil, salt and paprika. Clean and pit the chili peppers, chop finely and stir into the oil.
Rinse tenderloin, dry and split into 12-14 pieces. Place the pieces with the skin facing upwards on the frying pan and brush with the seasoning oil. Roast in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Brush from time to time with the seasoning oil.
Serve with raw roasted potatoes and a mixed leaf salad.
