Soak bread rolls in heated milk. Sauté parsley, butter, onion and marjoram in a frying pan. Mix minced meat with soaked bread, egg, onion, herbs and spices. Form meat loafs. Roast them in clarified butter. Serve with green leaf lettuce and a slice of tomato between the halves of a bun.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
