(*) Puree au gratin with beef (**) ready prepared, cooled Sauté onions in butter (I), sprinkle with flour and pour clear soup. Make 15 min and cool.
Mix with meat and put on buttered (Ii) bottom of a baking dish form. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle butter (Iii).
Bake in very hot oven for 15 min.
