For the jellybeans, bring the water to a boil and remove from the heat. Add the jelly powder and gelatin and stir with a whisk until everything is well dissolved. Add sweetener and lemon juice to taste.

Pour the jello into a baking dish to a height of 1 cm and set in the refrigerator.

Dip the baking dish briefly in warm water to loosen the jello from the rim and invert onto a board. Then cut out or cut shapes.
