For the fillet toast with vegetables, remove the skin and tendons from the pork fillet, cut lengthwise and halve in the middle. Pat carefully so that you get a nice cutlet.
Steam the vegetables, wash the lettuce, cut the onion into rings and lightly toast the toast. Sear the meat and season with salt and pepper.
Put toast on plate spread lettuce leaves on it, arrange steamed vegetables on lettuce. Drizzle with mayonnaise and arrange the pork tenderloin on top.
Garnish the fillet toast with vegetables with finely sliced onion rings.
