For the farmer’s rice, wash, skin and cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Brown the garlic cloves in fat, then take them out and fry the chicken parts in it.

Add the bacon, ham, sliced sausage and peppers with the bay leaf, salt and sprinkle with paprika. Add a little water and stew the meat until half tender.

Finely chop the roasted garlic cloves and add them with the rice, pour water so that everything is well covered. Steam until the rice is soft and dry.
