For the egg dish, cut the zucchini into small pieces and fry them in a pan. Whisk the eggs with the salt and pepper in a bowl and add to the sautéed zucchini.

For the sandwiches, spread the cream cheese on the sandwiches. On one crispbread spread the 4 slices of tomato and on the other the sliced carrot.
