Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
1. clean, rinse and perhaps halve beans. Peel onion and cut into fine wedges. Peel, rinse and coarsely dice potatoes. Rinse rosemary and chop coarsely.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and potatoes in it, turning. Add about 1/4 l of water and clear soup, bring to a boil. Add beans and rosemary and cook for 15 minutes with the lid on. 3.
Add tomatoes and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
Extra tips String beans are also good for this goulash. Simply cut into wide pieces. A cold beer also goes well with such a hearty stew. Take rather a non-alcoholic because it has fewer calories than “normal” beer: 1 glass (0, 3 liters) brings only about 75 calories, in contrast to full beer with about 120 calories.
