For the fried tofu rolls, cut the tofu into small cubes. Mix the tofu, coriander and soy sauce. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×5 cm pieces.

Put some tofu mixture on each piece and roll up tightly. Fry the tofu rolls in hot fat until golden brown on all sides, drain on kitchen paper and serve the fried tofu rolls.
