Cut the chicken into eighths, flour with flour – spice mixture, fry pieces in olive oil until golden brown.
Add diced peppers, onions, carrots and bacon.
Sauté for about 5 minutes. Add white wine, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes with the lid closed.
