Prepare a pudding from milk, vanilla pudding and sugar (see pudding reverse side). Once it has cooled slightly, stir in the mascarpone.
Combine the coconut milk, Malibu and coconut syrup to soak the biscuits.
Cut bananas into pieces.
In a springform pan or on a baking sheet, layer the biscotti alternately with the cream and bananas.
Finish with the cream, sprinkle with coconut flakes and leave in a cool place overnight.
