A cake recipe for all foodies:
Melt light butter and add syrup. Mix dry ingredients except baking soda in a baking bowl. Mix 1/2 c soy milk with light butter and add to flour mixture form, stirring with a wooden spoon. Melt baking soda in remaining soy milk, then stir into batter. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 °C for 45-50 min, then leave in the closed oven for another 40 min. Gives a little bit firmer cake.
