For the chicken sugar on creamed vegetables, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut chicken fillet into 2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry briefly all around. Cut strudel dough into 10×10 cm squares, use double! Put a piece of chicken breast on each and roll up like a candy. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven until golden (about 15 minutes).
Cut onion and remaining vegetables into small pieces and sauté in a little oil, deglaze with a shot of wine (or soup), pour in cream and let it boil down a little. Then mix in the parsley. Sauté the cherry tomatoes in a little oil as well.
First, put the vegetables on plates, arrange the chicken sugar from the oven on top and drape the cherry tomatoes in between.
