Cut the chicken breasts into 6 strips each. Roll one chicken strip at a time in ham. Mix the cornmeal with a little water and plucked rosemary to make a paste. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the sticks first in cornstarch, then pull them through the paste and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Lift out and pat dry on paper towels.
