Peel and cut cherimoyas, remove seeds and cut fruit into pieces. Sprinkle with orange liqueur. Beat egg yolks with sugar, lemon zest and lime juice until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fill fruit and cream alternately into glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime. Serve the cream on the spot.
