Try this delicious pasta dish:
Finely grate the Gouda. Mix 150 g of cheese with the flour, press a bulge in the middle. Add the egg yolks, iced water and the butter flakes and knot the whole thing into a smooth dough. Press the dough into a greased tart pan (0 30 cm) and raise a 1 1/2 cm edge. Put the give to cool for 10 min. In the meantime, pluck the thyme leaves. Mix whipped cream and eggs, press in garlic and season with salt. Prick the bottom of the tart with a fork a few times. Spread the remaining cheese and half of the thyme leaves evenly on top. Pour the egg yolks over the top, sprinkle with the remaining thyme and the sunflower seeds. Put them on a baking tray in the oven and bake.
Serve lukewarm. (8 servings)
