Heat the butter with the oil, mix the two cheeses and season. Butter an ovenproof dish. Layer the ingredients one after the other: Pastry sheets, butter, pastry sheets, 2 tablespoons cheese mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Bake in oven heated to 200 °C for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Cut into wide strips, serve hot with olives.
