For the granola cookies, boil butter, sugar and honey, mix in the remaining ingredients well. Dip a round cookie cutter in water, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour in 1 tsp of the mixture and spread it smoothly with your finger, remove the cutter, dip it in water again and continue like this until the mixture is used up.
Bake at 160 °C hot air on sight for about 10 minutes not too dark. Grains and fruits can be substituted as desired, just do not change the total amount of dry ingredients.
Store in a dry tin.
