Rinse and dry the calamari. Sauté diced onion in hot fat until translucent. Add defrosted spinach and seeded tomato pieces. Fold in crème fraîche. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and coriander. Fill into the calamari. Place in an ovenproof dish and add the wine. Place in the oven. Turn on 200 °C and bake for thirty minutes.
