For the breakfast cereal, divide yogurt into 2 cereal bowls, add 1 – 1.5 tsp. of chia seeds to each bowl and let swell for approx. 1/2 hour. Peel oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Roast oat flakes in a coated pan without (!) fat. Put the oranges into the yogurt and add the oat flakes on top.
