For the bread lasagna, prepare a medium-stiff yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise. Finely chop the vegetables and bacon, finely chop the onion and fry with bacon.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll out into sheets (rectangles). Put ham on the 1st plate, the 2nd plate on top, then the filling, and so on.
Gently roll the lasagna until smooth. Cut dough lasagna into 9 ridges, then cut pieces diagonally again. Brush with egg, place on a baking sheet and let rise.
Bake at 210 °C for about 15 minutes.
