Rinse the meat, dry it and fry it in the hot oil. Add spices, garlic and clear soup. Stew for about half an hour. Peel and finely dice the onions. Rinse and clean the melanzani, cut into thin slices. Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters. Add vegetables to meat after 10 min cooking time and braise. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with long grain rice.
