Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook ribbon noodles in boiling hot salted water according to package directions. Transfer to a colander, rinse when cool and drain. Fry the tagliatelle in 2 portions in 2/3 of the clarified butter until brown and crispy on all sides. Remove and keep warm.
Roast the onion rings in the remaining clarified butter until golden brown. Stir in curd cheese, sour cream and salt. Put pasta into a warmed bowl. Put curd cheese and onion rings on the noodles form and mix everything together.
