Prepare lentils according to instructions. Skin the lentils. Cut into thick slices. Heat light butter. Fry blunz on both sides until crispy. Dice bacon. Fry in a saucepan. Steam lentils briefly. Season lightly with salt. Serve with the bluntzes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
