For the blueberry and stevia cake, mix well the curd, Qimiq, eggs and stevia. Then carefully stir in the custard powder.
Grease a springform pan (20 cm). Pour in half of the curd mixture and spread the washed berries evenly – but not all the way to the edge.
Now spread the remaining mixture on top and smooth it down. Bake the cake at 160 degrees for about 1 hour. Let cool well and carefully remove from the mold.
