For the beef stew with croissant noodles, heat the oil in a frying pan until medium hot, slowly brown the diced onion and carrot, meanwhile cut the meat into strips.

Sauté meat as well, add tomato paste and pour 200 ml of water. Add salt, pepper and soup seasoning. Cover and simmer, adding a little water if necessary.

Add salt to pasta water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, strain and serve with the beef stew.
