A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Larger quantities of asparagus spears can be easily cooked in the fat pan in the oven. Rinse the asparagus spears, remove the peel from the top to the bottom, place them in the grease pan, sprinkle a little sugar and salt in between, put some grease flakes and pour boiling water.
