A cake recipe for all foodies:

Cream butter in a baking bowl until creamy. Add the lemon zest, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt and gradually beat in the eggs until hearty. Stir the sifted flour mixed with baking powder into the butter mixture and mix well. Pour this batter into a large cake springform pan or onto a baking sheet.

Remove the core from the peeled apples and pears and cut them into slices. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon and peach liqueur and place them alternately on the dough. Spread the well-washed grapes and almond flakes evenly over the whole, bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for 35 min. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
