Cut the washed chickweed with a kitchen knife.
Then add salt and pepper to taste and horseradish. mix everything together with butter. The resulting paste is excellent for spreading on bread.
Speaking of which, chickweed (Stellaria media) is considered a valuable source of vitamins (vitamins A and C) and contains important trace elements, including magnesium and calcium. It can be used all year round and should be harvested in the morning.
Chickweed is also suitable for leaf salads.
